release: bump archon-keymaster to 0.6.2 for PyPI

Keeps the Python keymaster in lockstep with @didcid/keymaster 0.6.2.
Ships the HD-key re-derivation fix (#757), local-agent assets on the
local registry (#800), DIDComm via Drawbridge (#696), and the
cryptography bump (#797).
