fix(boost): harden worker fallback paths

Lazy-load d3-delaunay inside the textoverlap plugin path and guard stale async redraws.
Harden Web Worker data conversion with environment guards, stable cache keys, timeout fallback, postMessage/error fallback, and resource cleanup.
