Update to t8code v4 (#2706)

* initial adaptations to t8code v4

* get adapt_callback right

* fix comment

* activate test

* swapping is not necessary anymore

* bump T8code version

* it's 0.7.5 not 0.7.6

this is in analogy to the required change in 2D and hopefully correct
