feat: forward --append-system-prompt-file and --system-prompt-file to claude (#23)

Adds both Claude Code file-variant system-prompt flags to the forwarded-value allowlist, so the PTY path can use a system prompt larger than the kernel's MAX_ARG_STRLEN limit on inline argv.
