feat(widgets): Replace custom SVG icons with Google Material Symbols (#10513)

Switch widget icons from hand-drawn SVGs to standardized Google Material
Symbols (opsz@24 variant). Add mask-size CSS variable (--icon-size) for
consistent icon padding control. Remove -webkit-mask-image vendor prefix
since unprefixed mask-image is supported in all modern browsers
(Safari 15.4+, March 2022).
