Release v0.10.0 (#26)

- feat(signer/memory): MemorySigner completed. The native engine signs
the live zone map in process — NativeNS returns them when the query
carries the DO bit.
- feat(dnssec-keys): loads BIND-format keysets into node KeyObjects, so
a zone moves between the in-process signer and the file signer without
re-keying. Elliptic curves only.
- feat(dnssec-sign): RFC 4034 signing core.
- change(dnssec): native moves from strategy `none` to `memory`.
- feat(backend): answers queries live from NicTool API
- feat(backend/powerdns-pipe): Installs as `nt-powerdns`.
