Type remaining arrays and drop the level 6 ignore (#26)

Types the seventeen injected Unity config bags, the WordPress list-table
filters (columns and bulk actions are string => string, hidden columns a list),
the ACF field arrays the name validators receive, the shortcode $atts, the
reconciler's query args and the MeetingDashboard row/lookup structures.

ReconciliationResult::toArray() and jsonSerialize() return a fixed six-key
shape. It is declared once with @phpstan-type and referenced from both, rather
than repeating a six-line nested shape twice where the two could drift apart —
the same approach used for the Trusted domain objects.

With these typed the plugin reports zero at level 6, so its
missingType.iterableValue ignore is deleted rather than left dormant. That was
the last one in the suite: all seventeen plugins now enforce level 6 outright.

No behaviour change — PHPDoc only.

Verified: composer phpstan clean, 413 tests / 752 assertions pass.
