Type remaining arrays and drop the level 6 ignore (#34)

Types the get_posts/query $args bags, the post-meta arrays the factories read,
the custom-table rows the attendance factories hydrate from, and the entity
collections (meetings, contacts, members, position views) held by the value
objects.

Where the owning class already imports the Unity interface the short name is
used; TsmlGroupView and TsmlMeeting do not import all of them, so those
annotations are fully qualified rather than adding imports that exist only for
a docblock.

With these typed the plugin reports zero at level 6, so its
missingType.iterableValue ignore is deleted rather than left dormant.

No behaviour change — PHPDoc only.
