Type remaining arrays and drop the level 6 ignore (#30)

Types the ACF $field arrays that the obscurer and certification guard
filter, the injected $member_config bags, and the audit repository's query args
and result rows. Annotating AuditRepository was enough for GdprAuditRepository
too — its find()/count() carry @inheritDoc.

With these typed the plugin reports zero at level 6, so its
missingType.iterableValue ignore is deleted rather than left dormant — the
level can no longer slip back here.

No behaviour change — PHPDoc only.
