Type Unity's interface arrays and drop the level 6 ignore (#27)

Parameterises the bare `array` docblocks across Unity's interfaces, matching
the style already used in MemberViewFactory and MemberView:

- query `$args` and factory `$source` are string-keyed bags
- `findAll()`/`findByCity()`/`createAll()` and friends return `array<int, Entity>`
- one-offs typed from their implementations: meeting types are the full names
  from TsmlMeetingFactory::TYPES_LOOKUP, so `array<int, string>`; location
  meeting IDs are `array<int, int>`; post meta is string-keyed.

UnityConfiguration needed only a `@var` on `$storage` — its setConfig() and
getConfig() inherit their types from the Configuration interface.

Unity now reports zero at level 6, so its `missingType.iterableValue` ignore
is deleted rather than left dormant: the level can no longer slip back here.

Because PHPStan inherits interface PHPDoc to implementors, this also clears 29
findings in tsml-for-unity — the one plugin that implements these interfaces —
without touching that repo. Verified that every dependent still passes its own
gate with the stricter types in scope.

No behaviour change — PHPDoc only.
