Type ControllerTrait's arrays for PHPStan level 6 (#25)

ControllerTrait is used by all five resource controllers, so each
un-annotated array was reported five times over — 35 of integrity's 74
level-6 findings came from these seven signatures alone.

Where the shape is fixed it is now spelled out rather than widened to
array<string, mixed>, so the controllers get real type information back:

- transformLocation() returns a 15-key shape; latitude/longitude are
  float|null, matching Unity's Location interface.
- transformContact() returns a fixed four-key string shape. Its $contact
  parameter keeps the legacy array form, typed with optional keys because
  callers predating the Contact interface supplied whichever fields they
  had — that also makes the string return provable.
- successResponse() takes one entity, paginatedResponse() a list; the two
  genuinely differ and are typed accordingly (every call site passes
  array_values()/array_map() output to the latter).
- extractRequestContext()'s existing array shape had a bare inner array.

No behaviour change — PHPDoc only. Level stays at 5, where this is a
no-op; verified `composer phpstan` still passes.
