Type HasLogger's $context for PHPStan level 6 (#17)

The eight log* helpers take a PSR-3 $context array that was declared as a
bare `array`, so PHPStan level 6 reports "no value type specified in
iterable type array" for every one of them — and because HasLogger is a
trait, it reports them again per using class. That made a single
un-annotated file the largest source of level-6 findings in the suite.

$context is passed straight to Sentinel_Log_Channel's PSR-3 methods, so
its shape is not a judgement call: string keys, any value.

No behaviour change — PHPDoc only. The committed level stays at 5, where
this is a no-op; it is groundwork for raising the level later.
