Remove leftover sourcecast references from tests and router

The removal left references to the deleted sourcecast feature in test
files it didn't touch, breaking the suite (9 failures): a Sourcecast
describe block calling the deleted Courses.upload_sourcecast_file/2 and
delete_sourcecast_file/1, assertions on the removed enable_sourcecast
field, and enable_sourcecast/enableSourcecast keys in request/response
maps. Also drop a stale commented-out sourcecast route in the router.
