* Align README structure with django-bootstrap3/5 canonical layout

Fixes title typo ("django-bootstrap 4" -> "django-bootstrap4") and
renames the "Example" header to "Example app" to match siblings,
fixing a stale `make example` reference in the process — the
justfile has no `make` target, the command is `just example`.

* Ignore pyproject.toml.orig in check-manifest

uv_build 0.12+ writes this backup file into the sdist; check-manifest
flagged it as untracked and failed the build job (same root cause
fixed in zostera/django-bootstrap3 and zostera/django-marina).
