* Note in AGENTS.md: re-run just upgrade after dependency constraint changes

We've hit stale uv.lock metadata (requires-dist not matching pyproject.toml)
multiple times across the Zostera Django packages after bumping a Django
floor without regenerating the lockfile.

* Ignore pyproject.toml.orig in check-manifest

uv_build 0.12+ writes this backup file into the sdist; check-manifest
flagged it as untracked and failed the build job.
