fix: point bbtool size --heap-from-http at /api/diag/meminfo (#1138)

- the retired /api/diag/heap route no longer exists; live heap capture
  was silently failing against the live board
- read internal.min_ever_free (renamed from minimum_ever_free) instead
  of the retired field name
- error messages now name the endpoint + missing field so a future
  rename is diagnosable from the error text alone
- update docstring, argparse help, and README to the current route/field
- add fixtures from a real bench-board payload, negative-path coverage
  for missing 'internal'/'min_ever_free', and a regression case proving
  the pre-fix code fails against the current firmware shape
- assert the requested URL ends in /api/diag/meminfo, so a regression
  reverting only the path (not the field name) still fails a test
