fix(cli): correct stale examples in `version --help` (#384)

The `version` command's example block still advertised the pre-rename
binary and a namespace that was never the default.

- `skyhook version` -> `kubectl nodewright version`. The plugin binary is
  `kubectl-nodewright`; `skyhook` has not been a valid invocation since
  the CLI rename. One example already used the new form, so the block
  showed both and listed the same command twice.
- `-n skyhook-system` -> `-n skyhook`. `context.DefaultNamespace` is
  `skyhook`, and the chart installs there. `skyhook-system` does not
  exist, so anyone copying that example got an empty result and no
  explanation.

Help text only; no behavior change.
