Open a pre-filled order form from pharmacy-error Tasks, keep selected
MedicationRequest details independent of list tabs, and add the
useScriptSureMessageTask hook for Provider App actions.

* fix: stabilize autofix.ci formatting loop in OrderMedicationPage.test.tsx

Trailing comments placed between a test's closing brace and its bare
timeout argument put Prettier in an unstable print loop — each
autofix.ci pass reshuffled the same three comment lines between
"attached to `}`" and "attached to `20000`" without ever converging,
until GitHub refused to push a 4th "repeated bot commit". Moved the
explanatory comments to be leading comments above each test(...) call,
a position Prettier prints deterministically; confirmed idempotent
with prettier --check and a clean eslint run.
