Describe the export as a constructor function, not a class

CLAUDE.md called it a "single-class pattern" and "the DhlEcommerceSolutions class". It is
`function DhlEcommerceSolutions(args)` at index.js:15 with methods assigned to `this`; the
`class` keyword does not appear in the file. An agent reading "class" writes class-shaped code
against it.

This one was not in the three items I was asked to fix. It is the same defect in the same file
and it is in its own commit, so it drops cleanly if it is unwanted.
