* Tone down welcome email formatting

Left-align the container (drop the centered max-width column) and tighten
list indentation/margins so the email reads plainly rather than heavily
designed, per developer-audience feedback.

Drop the marked entry that was hand-added under packages/server so the
lockfile no longer appears as a changed file on this branch.

This reverts commit e991e6033. Removing the marked entry left
packages/server/package.json out of sync with package-lock.json, which broke
`npm ci` in CI. Restore the lockfile entry so the two agree again.

* Regenerate package-lock.json for marked

Hand-editing the lockfile only added the dependency declaration, not the
resolution node that `npm ci` validates, so `npm ci` failed with
"Missing: marked@18.0.5 from lock file". Regenerated via `npm install
--package-lock-only` to add the proper resolution entry.

Replace the marked-based Markdown rendering with a hand-written HTML template
so the server takes on no new production dependency. Output is unchanged: same
