test: raise client/models coverage to ~91% (#5)

Add xUnit tests covering the previously-untested branches of UnityRestSharp
and the model DTOs (no production changes):

- UnityRestSharpErrorRetryTests: GET/POST non-success status handling
  (parsed API errors, non-JSON bodies -> unexpected_response, JSON without an
  error field -> unknown_error, malformed success bodies -> parse_error),
  rate-limit header parsing, transient-failure retries with retry exhaustion
  (RestApiRequestFailed) and retry-then-success, plus the health endpoint's
  forbidden / server-error / malformed-body paths and two query-param branches
- ModelDeserializationTests: full deserialisation of Group, Member, Meeting,
  IntergroupMeeting, Position (with nested Location, Contact,
  ContributionOptions, attendees) and CreateMemberRequest serialisation
- EmptyStringToNullDateTimeConverterTests: null/empty/whitespace -> null,
  valid/invalid dates, non-string token throws, and the write paths
- SequenceHttpMessageHandler: a queued-response handler enabling the
  retry-then-success test

Line coverage rises from ~70% to ~91%.
