chore(deps): bump x/crypto, x/net and grpc in linear-fake examples

Clears all open Dependabot alerts on master:
- golang.org/x/crypto v0.48.0 -> v0.52.0 (13 CVEs incl. critical SSH issues)
- golang.org/x/net v0.50.0 -> v0.55.0 (CVE-2026-25680 HTML parser DoS)
- google.golang.org/grpc v1.58.3 -> v1.79.3 in the server example
  (CVE-2026-33186 :path authorization bypass)

Also align the server example's dbWrapper with the immudb v1.4.1
database.DB interface (ExportTxByID return values, WaitForTx
allowPrecommitted parameter); the module previously failed to build.
