Update resolutions to latest compatible versions

Upgrade critical dependencies:
- uuid: 11.1.1 → 14.0.1 (3-major version gap closed)
- js-yaml: 4.3.0 → 5.2.2 (enable latest v5 features)
- diff: 8.0.3 → 9.0.0 (remove ^7.0.0 constraint)

Update patch versions:
- semver: 7.8.1 → 7.8.5
- serialize-javascript: 7.0.5 → 7.0.7
- markdown-it: 14.2.0 → 14.3.0
- brace-expansion: 1.1.16 → 1.1.17

Convert to caret ranges for better maintainability.
All packages build, test, and run successfully.
