Serialize all audio file info (#438)

* add test for IO bypass on audio_file.from_dict(Ã) call

* Ãmove afm.info call tests to serialization module

* pass rest of serialized dict to files constructor

* add sample_rate and channels properties in AudioFile dict serialization

* pass kwargs to File constructor in AudioData._make_file(Ã)

* simplify _make_file(Ã) methods through File.from_dict() call

* make normalization_values an optional key for retrocompatibility
