chore(rdf4j): bump rdf4j-workbench to 5.3.2

Patch release with two fixes, one directly relevant: rdf4j#5807, where
timed-out server queries leak LMDB read handles until the reader table
fills and the repository fails with MDB_READERS_FULL despite minimal
load. That matches the June type_ec6722 outage signature
(registered-but-unopenable hottest repo while others stay healthy) and
is amplified by our short federation-client timeouts, which turn every
saturation event into a burst of timed-out queries. Also includes an
XXE-hardening backport. Read-side fix only — the acked-non-durable
shard writes (#142) remain open and the reconciliation sweep remains
the safety net.
