* ci: aggregate coverage before Coveralls upload

Collect uniquely named coverage databases from every validation matrix job as short-lived workflow artifacts. Configure relative source paths so reports produced on Linux, macOS, and Windows can be combined reliably.

Replace per-job Coveralls submissions and the parallel-finished webhook with one coverage job. Install the locked reporting tools through Poetry, validate the combined report, and retry the single external upload with bounded attempts.

This keeps test results independent from transient Coveralls failures, reduces API submissions, and makes a failed coverage upload rerunnable without repeating the test matrix.

* ci: refine aggregated coverage workflow

Retain coverage artifacts for seven days so delayed upload failures can be retried without rerunning the validation matrix.

Remove permanent path-mapping diagnostics now that cross-platform aggregation is verified, and pin the retry action to the immutable v3.0.2 commit.
