Fix hanging clickhouse-local syntax-check example in AGENTS.md

The syntax-check example piped SQL into a $(cat) command substitution.
Under zsh the last stage of a pipeline runs in the current shell, so
$(cat) reads the terminal instead of the piped echo output and blocks
forever waiting for input. The pipe and $(cat) were also redundant.

Inline the SQL directly into --query so the command returns immediately
in any shell.
