feat: surface mac, chip revision, and features in esp_info (#74)

- extend esp.ChipInfoResult and esp.Flasher with MAC/ChipRevision/ChipFeatures,
  consuming espflasher v0.8.0's new eFuse-based readers (E1-19)
- populate fail-open in GetChipInfo ONLY for *espflasher.UnsupportedCommandError
  (unsupported chip, e.g. ESP8266): any other read error (transient serial I/O,
  timeout, corrupted response) propagates and aborts the call, matching the
  FlashID error-propagation precedent
- these reads work post-stub, so no_reset esp_info now also returns
  mac/chip_revision/features, closing the BR-90 partial-info gap for that mode
- update esp_info's tool description to list the new chip output keys
- extend testutil.MockFlasher and the package-local mockFlasher fixtures with
  the three new methods so every esp.Flasher implementer still compiles
