feat(sidebar): mark focus-set workspaces with a heavy grid glyph

a workspace in the focus set drew `square.grid.2x2.fill`, the same
filled-symbol idiom a flagged session uses. Now it draws the SAME
`square.grid.2x2` outline at `.heavy` weight instead, so a workspace row
keeps one identity whether marked or not, and the two markers stay apart:
fill means a flagged session, heavy means a marked workspace.

`rowIcon` takes a weight now, defaulting to `.regular`. The heavy variant
renders 16x15 against the regular 15x14, but the cell's icon view is
pinned to a fixed 16x16 box with scaleProportionallyUpOrDown, so the swap
still moves nothing.

comments, the sidebar rule and the README sentence that called a marked
row "filled" updated with it.
