* Fix: dnf install glib2 version syntax for Docker build

- Remove unsupported '>=' version constraint syntax from dnf install
- Just install glib2 package name; dnf upgrade already pulls latest version
- Fixes Docker build error: 'No match for argument: glib2 >= 2.88.1'
- Relies on prior 'dnf upgrade -y --refresh --best' to ensure latest patches
