test: derive expected image byte counts from the source buffer

The image tests hardcoded the encoded size of buffers they generate with
sharp, so any change to the bundled libvips encoder broke them — sharp
0.35.x encodes the 100x100 PNG as 414 bytes rather than 392, failing three
tests (see #773).

The expected cid was already computed from the same buffer at test time;
bytes now is too, which keeps the assertion exact while making it
independent of the encoder version.

Verified against both sharp 0.33.5 and 0.35.3.
