test: repair live network drift (#862)

instagram: the 192x192 icon linked by the fixtures now 404s at
Instagram's CDN, so logo-favicon falls back to the .ico. Snapshots
regenerated. The stale `from photo post` entry is pruned because that
test asserts explicitly instead of snapshotting.

manifest: linkedin.com serves a reCAPTCHA challenge for /manifest.json,
so no publisher resolves. Skipped, same as medium.com.

video: the 9gag fixture embeds 17 ad iframes that the image rule probes
serially at ~5.3s each, blowing the 15s ava timeout. The assertion only
covers `video`, so iframe probing is stubbed.
