feat(ui): touch support for the asset tree - pinch-to-zoom, double-tap reset

Two-finger pinches drive the same zoomFactor as the wheel and the +/-
buttons (rAF-coalesced, no update animation), and touch-action: none on
the container keeps the browser from scrolling/zooming the page during
gestures inside the tree - one-finger drags stay with ECharts' roam
panning. The double-click reset moves from zrender's 'dblclick' to a
double-fire detector on 'click' (which also fires for taps), so
double-tap on an empty spot resets the view on touch devices too.
