Remove duplicated Python x Django matrix table in AGENTS.md (#659)

#657 (matrix update) and #658 (docs: replace the table with a pointer
to tox.ini/MAINTAINING.md) landed close together without one being
rebased onto the other, so GitHub's merge combined both edits
additively instead of as a clean replacement — the old table and the
new pointer sentence both ended up in main.
