fix: reinstate typed-literal branch lost in #559 merge

Merging the language-tag picker (#559) semantically conflicted with the
literal-placeholder datatype fix (#565, fixes #564): both rewrote the
literal branch of TemplateContext.processValue, and the merge kept the
picker's chain without the datatype case. Literal placeholders with
datatypes like xsd:gYear or xsd:integer thus produced plain xsd:string
literals again, failing LiteralPlaceholderDatatypeTest on master.

Re-add the datatype branch after the language-tag cases; tag and
datatype are mutually exclusive since the Template parser drops
conflicting datatypes on language-tagged placeholders.
