Add X Articles publishing via Typefully

Typefully's v2 API now supports X Articles (standalone platforms.x_article
drafts). This adds a dedicated pipeline, separate from blog publishing:

- Amgr.Typefully.create_article/3: creates the standalone article draft
- Amgr.XArticle: adapts post markdown to the X Article format — code
  blocks render to branded PNG panels (pango; IM6 caption chokes past
  ~650 chars), tables become bold-label lists, footnotes become a
  Sources section, plus a text-free 1920x368 cover (the 1200x630 social
  card gets its title cropped by the ultrawide masthead)
- mix drafts: optional X Article prompt after blog publish, and x<N> to
  publish a draft as an X Article only (file stays in priv/drafts/)
- mix typefully --article: backfill an article from a published post
