krabitls_cli: re-back the client on embedded-nal (#114)

* Add krabitls_nal_cli; retire krabitls_cli

Replace the std::net demo CLI with a single client written against the
embedded-nal traits. std-embedded-nal is the std implementation of
embedded-nal, so the NAL client on it is a superset of a std::net one —
there is no separate std path to keep.
