fix: add explicit <url> to each module pom for maven central publishing

Central's PomChecker rejects relying on Maven's default parent-URL
inheritance for child modules: it appends the artifactId as a path segment
(https://github.com/haisi/jackson-jspecify/jackson-jspecify), which isn't a
real URL. Surfaced by the first v0.1.0 release attempt failing at POM
validation, before anything was actually staged or published.
