fix: degrade and continue on diag-http schema compose failure (#1093)

The five OpenAPI schema-compose calls in bb_diag_routes_init() (boot,
panic-get, heap-check, tasks, sockets) were fatal: a documentation-only
compose failure returned early and aborted all subsequent route
registration plus the diag.boot bind/publish/reboot-record wiring.
Log a warning and leave the affected response's schema unpatched
(NULL) instead, so real route registration always proceeds.
