docs: use go run module@latest in 'Try it without writing code'

Same fix as snap PR #38: the section's own heading promised no-code, but
'go run ./cmd/inspector' requires a local clone. go run accepts a remote
module path + version, so this now genuinely needs zero setup — verified
live: 'go install github.com/jarvisfriends/inspector/cmd/inspector@latest'
resolves and builds cleanly (running it correctly blocks on the
interactive TUI, as documented). Documents pinning a tag instead of
@latest, and the local ./cmd/inspector form as an alternative once cloned.
