* Add scraper for 30seconds.com

30seconds.com mostly ships an Article schema and keeps the recipe in the page
markup — an Ingredients <ul> and a directions <ol> — so wild mode comes back
nearly empty. This parses that markup, and still defers to the SchemaOrg plugin
on the pages that do carry a full Recipe.

Handles the layout variants across their catalog: pages with and without an
explicit Ingredients header, and multi-section ingredient lists. Times and
servings are read from the Total Time / Servings lines.
