fix(ci): use Node 24 in release job for OIDC trusted publishing (#66)

npm 10.x (shipped with Node 22) does not perform the OIDC token
exchange, so `npm publish` ran unauthenticated and npm returned
E404 for unitsnet-js@4.0.9. Trusted publishing needs npm >= 11.5.1,
which Node 24 provides. Also bumps setup-node to v5.
