chore(vscode): drop typescript.tsdk pointing at TS7's Go-native package

TS 7.0.2 ships no tsserver.js, so the built-in JS/TS extension fell back
to its bundled TypeScript anyway; the tsgo native-preview extension
resolves the workspace TypeScript on its own without this setting.
