fix: DAL-7 handle exact Krylov residuals (#258)

* Fix zero-residual Krylov solves

Return before the first CG/BCG update when the supplied initial guess has an exact zero residual, avoiding a 0/0 search step and exhausted-iteration failures.

* Preserve underflowed Krylov residuals

Limit the exact-residual shortcut to vectors whose components are all zero, so representable nonzero residuals continue through CG and BCG even when their squared norm underflows.
