rm-hull 
fix: prevent panic on odd-length additional fields in reportError

Remove the panic when `additionalFields` has an odd number of elements.
Instead, place standard fields first so they remain correctly paired,
allowing `slog` to gracefully handle odd lengths via its `!BADKEY`
mechanism. Add a unit test to verify this behavior.

Fixes #222
