helm: repackage latest chart with krb5AutoConfig image + quote tag 2.0

- Rebuild charts/latest/csi-driver-smb-v0.0.0.tgz to include the new
  image.krb5AutoConfig.* values and the setup-krb5-ccache initContainer
  wiring introduced in the previous commit.
- Quote the krb5AutoConfig image tag ('2.0') in values.yaml so it stays
  a string; without quotes YAML parses it as the float 2 and the
  rendered image ends up as mcr.microsoft.com/cbl-mariner/busybox:2.
