feat(text): carry textFragmentId on CreatedLine so a new line applies live

LineDataDTO gains textFragmentId, and CreateLineAsync sets it on the broadcast/response from
the create's own textFragmentId param. Without the parent id, a receiving client couldn't
attach a broadcast CreatedLine to the right fragment, so a collaborator's new line never
appeared live (it was logged-and-ignored). ts-dtos regenerated.
