fix(storybook): fix Chromatic build failing on FCC story files #DS-2668

Storybook processes each `stories` array entry independently via picomatch,
so a standalone `!...` negation entry has no cross-entry effect and figma
stories were still included in the Chromatic build. Switch to an inline
extglob `!(*.figma)` pattern that excludes them within a single glob.
Also guard `figma.instance().getProps()` in Item figma story — the runtime
stub returns `undefined`, causing a TypeError when Chromatic evaluates the
story module.
