Use safe_click_element for remaining confirm-deletion dialog buttons in admin test

The document style and export-template deletion confirmations use direct
.click() calls. In CI the dialog buttons can be overlapped by table row
headers, causing ElementClickInterceptedException. Use safe_click_element
so the test falls back to a JS click when needed.

Also bump @fiduswriter/frontend, @fiduswriter/bibliography-manager, and
@fiduswriter/image-manager to their latest published patch versions.
