Commit Message

Remove deprecated assets/ tree and always use npm package static assets

- Delete the fiduswriter/assets/ directory; static sources now come from
  the installed @fiduswriter/* packages.
- Remove the USE_NPM_ASSETS setting and the legacy CSS branch in app.html.
- Remove the use_npm_assets template context variable.
- Add copy_editor_static to base/package.json5 postinstall so editor assets
  (fonts/document/, ogg/, img/) are copied into static-libs/.
